One of my theories is that just as a plant can flourish on it's own and have many flowers, it needs to cross polinate with a completely different plant of the same species, in order to truly complete it's purpose. Then maybe we are to do the same with beings from another planet in order for us to truly complete our purpose and who knows, the product of that could leed to another universe and a continuation of the cycle?

I understand that no one can change over night. I also know that there are people who are and always have been in the new paradigm in this organization. My suggestion is to figure out a way, a questionnaire or a behavioural test, to figure out who is closest to the new paradigm in our organization; and draw on their momentum by placing them in leadership position so this shift into the "new paradigm" will take place more swiftly if at all. Afterall, the Masters have always told us you can't take someone somewhere you have not been yourself.
